Hello, My name is Dassy Lee.
I have been popping for 19years and dancing for 25 years! I have been fortunate enough to travel to over 30+ countries battling, performing, teaching, judging and competing. Throughout this journey, I’ve gained so much knowledge, and want to share it with everyone who is interested in learning--no matter where they are in the world.
My years of dedication to Popping has brought me countless opportunities. I’ve worked with many brands and artists (Nike, Red Bull, YSL, Fitbit, Chris Brown, Taylor Swift, and Black Eyed Peas to name a few), performed live on several global stages (Formula1, Cirque Du Soleil, AMAs, Red Bull BC One, etc), made it to SYTYCD S14 Top 8 as the first S.Korean Street dancer, won many international dance battles, and has taught thousands of students worldwide.
Why I created this platform?
So many students I have taught in the past have told me that they struggle to get the foundation and technique of Popping due to the intimidation factor of how technical it is as a dance style. By providing simple how to videos with the right knowledge and exercises for ways to apply this knowledge, my mission is to help others fall in love with their progress and enjoy this dance style without giving up. 10 minutes everyday core workout?
